LexActa.Cloud is a legal review system for law firms and in-house legal teams. The software is developed and delivered by MANI Dev AB.
What LexActa does
LexActa turns your firm's legal method, statutory starting points and document standards into reusable reviewers and workflows. The firm defines its own control questions, templates and quality requirements once — the tool then applies the same method consistently across every new matter.
The result is more uniform work product, fewer missed issues in the record, and less time spent rebuilding the same analysis. The legal judgment always rests with the responsible attorney.
How we work, and security
At onboarding we walk through how documents are handled with the firm adopting the tool. Concrete terms for processing material — including personal data, client confidences and privileged work product — are set out in a written agreement before the tool is used on live matters.
