Customization

Your method, built into the tool

Every attorney and every firm has its own way of analyzing a matter, weighing the record, and drafting filings. With LexActa, that method can be defined once and reused.

You can specify which statutes and case law to weigh, which interpretive principles to apply, which questions must always be reviewed, how facts and conclusions are traced back to their source, and how filings should be organized and worded. LexActa then applies that same defined method to every new matter — for example, a New Hampshire DCYF child protection matter under RSA 169-C in Circuit Court – Family Division, or a criminal defense motion. It creates a more consistent work product without replacing the attorney's professional judgment.

Two layers in the product

LexActa customizes the working method, not the underlying facts. The facts and the record are handled consistently, while the firm defines how material is analyzed, prioritized, and presented.

From individual expertise to a shared firm method

Much of a firm's most valuable know-how sits with individuals today — the questions an experienced attorney always asks, how the record is weighed, which case law is relied on, and how a memo or brief is best structured.

LexActa turns that expertise into a controlled, reusable workflow. An experienced attorney's method can be used by the whole team, while every result is still reviewed and judged by the responsible attorney.
