Who is responsible

MANI Dev AB operates LexActa.Cloud and is responsible for the information described here. For privacy questions, contact info@lexacta.cloud.

What we collect

Through the contact form on this website we collect your name, email address, phone number, firm or organization, and the content of the message you send. No files can be uploaded through the contact form, and we ask that you do not include client-identifying or privileged information in it.

Why we process it

We process the information on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form, in order to respond to your request for a demo or for information about the product. If we later enter into a customer relationship, processing may instead be based on performance of that agreement or our legitimate interest in servicing it.

How long we keep it

Contact inquiries are kept for as long as they are relevant to our dialogue with you and then for no more than twelve months before deletion. Information tied to an ongoing customer or contractual relationship is kept for the duration of that relationship and for as long as applicable accounting rules require.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the processing of your information, object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Depending on where you are located, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Recipients

Information from the contact form is handled internally at MANI Dev AB. We do not sell personal information. Where needed we use service providers (for example for email delivery and hosting) under written data processing agreements.
