Preparing for a Hearing

Before a hearing, counsel needs to get up to speed quickly on a file that is often extensive. LexActa.Cloud is used at this stage to build a structured overview of what the investigation report actually claims, where the argument is weak, and which language is worth carrying into the hearing.
